Vocal Recovery is about vocal health and realignment of the singing voice. In Vocal Recovery, the singing voice is realigned to make the sound flow correctly, eliminating extraneous tensions and promoting agility and flexibility. Learning how to use the vocal instrument can help prevent vocal issues and also help you recover your voice partially, or completely. I have worked with countless vocalists that have lost or almost lost their voices from incorrect technique or vocal problems such as nodules and cysts. I have helped many achieve full or partial recovery allowing them the pleasure of their singing voice in its greatest capacity.
Diet and lifestyle are also major contributors to vocal fatigue and loss. In Recovery, we also design a new diet and lifestyle program for each individual. Our program consists of using fresh foods (avoiding processed foods), a regimen of yoga and exercise, 8-9 hours of sleep, plenty of hydration and humidity, homeopathic medicine, herbs (Western and Chinese) and other natural healing modalities.
