Cari Cole's voice company is the place of study for aspiring vocalists and artists, songwriters and professional artists in New York City. Cari works with performing, recording and touring artists from all over the globe, keeping singers healthy and artistically creative in their careers. She works alongside management and record labels developing artists for their rosters and keeping their top artists vocally fit and healthy. Artists and labels work with us in flexible, custom design programs to fit the need of each individual.
Young Singers, ages 7+:We work with young singers from ages 7 on up developing their vocal skills, songwriting, performance craft and overall musicianship. It is so vitally important to learn the correct mechanics of the voice at a young age, to ensure the longevity and vitality of the voice. We have several special programs for young developing singers that help them improve their performance skills as well as encourage them to write songs and find their own voice and style. Our popular "Are You A Pop Star? Workshop" in Westchester and our
Are You A Pop Star? Songwriting Workshop in NYC give kids a chance to grow in a nurturing and professional environment. Both workshops also offer the "Best Performer" a One Song Recording Contract with our company in which we co-write a song with the winner and promote it within the music industry.
Young Adult Singers, ages 18+:
We work with young adult singers to improve their vocal skills, songwriting, performance craft and overall musicianship. This is a particularly important time for artists to develop their voices to protect themselves from the wear and tear of touring and constant performing. This is also a great time to co-write with award winning writers such as Cari Cole and her community of songwriters and get a catalog of material established. We also focus with artists on developing strategies and ways to get their music out there and encourage them to be a part of the music business through various organizations from ours to those we refer them to. Our industry showcases help artists get signed to production and record deals, and our events promote talent within our community as well as the greater NYC community of artists and musicians.
Adult Singers, ages 30+:
We work with adult singers from 30+ to improve their vocal skills, songwriting, performance craft and overall musicianship. Music has no age limit on it and we support artists of all ages in their pursuit of bettering their voices and musicianship. We especially support the +35 artist that continues to write, perform and record pursuing their dreams. This is perhaps one of the richest moments in an artists life when they reach this time period. An older artist has a rich life experience from which to draw from and have songs that not only have more to say, but resonate deeply. Older artists and songwriters can have quite successful careers continuing to perform and tour within their niche audience and in writing for other artists. Never ~ ever give up ~ ever. Remember, music is not "age-specific".
Your First Session:
Your first session consists of an hour consultation and vocal technique/coaching session. Cari will guide you through breathing exercises, a brief warm up and a start on the voice building program of 38 Master Vocal Exercises. Cari will also listen to you sing (prepare a verse and chorus of your
favorite song) and the session will conclude with a brief analysis of
your voice and a plan for achieving your goals. You will also receive a invaluable Introductory Packet with Cari's latest articles on technique, vocal health and song styling among others. You will also receive a copy of the Masters on CD for home practice. All sessions are recorded directly to CD for home study.

Payment is taken by credit card over the phone when the appointment is put on the schedule. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
