In true songwriter style, we explore the voice and musicality of each artist and every song. We work with rough ideas and concepts and also polish and improve existing songs.  If you need help tweaking what you’ve got, or you’re just starting to write, we’ll take your songwriting to the next level with our tender loving care.  Private sessions are set up with co~writers that suit your style.  You can set up an audition so we can hear your material first and find the right fit for you.  We also co~write with many artists.  It's a great way to teach by co~writing.  “I have found over the years that one of the best ways to teach songwriting is by co-writing. Learning by example helps my students improve their songwriting skills faster”, says Cole. Co-writing can make you a better songwriter and give you a vast arsenal of tricks and craft.  You can always write songs on your own, but you don’t always have the chance to write songs with other award winning songwriters. At Cari Cole Voice & Music Company, our staff's songs have won numerous awards.  Placed in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, the International Acoustic Music Awards, the International Music Awards, and the Great American Song Contest; as well as placed on the Grammy Nominations Ballots, we have professional writers. They have been recorded by famous as well as up & coming artists and played on national radio, in feature films and television.  As experienced writers in the industry we bring our success of writing and crafting songs to our student body.  Note: If you take a moment to look at the credits on your favorite album, you will most likely notice that some, if not all, of your “favorite” tracks have been written by more than one person!  Collaboration can turn a good song into a great one!
